Bus Schedules Salina
All island bus timetables at your fingertips
Getting around Salina by bus
The bus service on Salina is operated by C.I.T.I.S., connecting the main villages – Santa Marina, Malfa, Leni, Rinella and Pollara – with breathtaking views of the sea and vineyards along the way.
Salina is a magical island, and one of the best ways to explore it is by bus. It’s the transport used by locals – affordable and sustainable. From the bus window you can admire views that no sat-nav could ever show you: the salt pans of Lingua, the Malvasia vineyards, and the cliffs of Pollara where “Il Postino” was filmed.

Bus schedule information for Salina
As a complement to the service provided by C.I.T.I.S., I built a small schedule information app as a personal hobby project, so I always have connections and departure times at hand:
The app is completely free and can be used directly in your browser – no installation needed. Simply enter your start and destination and the next connections with departure and arrival times will be displayed.
Note
This is a personal hobby project, not an official service of C.I.T.I.S. Schedules are updated manually and it may take a few days after new timetables are published before they appear in the app. For official and always up-to-date information, please visit the C.I.T.I.S. website.
